Guest Access
Guests enjoy private self check-in using a secure keypad lock.
A unique access code is provided before arrival and remains valid for the duration of the stay.
Guests have full access to the main living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, outdoor spaces, patio, BBQ, and fire pit, weather permitting and subject to local bylaws.
One clearly marked bedroom unit is not accessible to guests and will remain locked at all times. This does not impact the comfort or amenities available during the stay.
Other Things to Note
Tiny Township noise bylaws are strictly enforced. Guests are expected to respect the quiet neighborhood.
Some cupboards or areas may be locked or labeled as not for guest use.
After using the fire pit, guests must fully extinguish the fire with the provided hose.
Guests must turn off the gas valve after using the BBQ.
Government-issued ID is required for booking.

Neal and Eleni’s place was the perfect spot for our family getaway this year! The house was only 3 min walk from a beautiful and peaceful beach. And on the rainy days, it had a lot of options to entertain the kids and grow-ups. The bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor were also a big plus since we had people with mobility issues in the family. We’re definitely coming back!

Family Gem
We spent a week at Neal and Eleni’s place. Two couples with four kids ages 0-6 had plenty of space to not bother each other, lots of things to do to never be bored, either inside or on the lake, which is just a 2-minute walk.
Neal and Eleni are proactive and helpful hosts who connected with us even before our stay and clearly communicated throughout. They were even gracious enough to welcome our guest and let him stay for two nights at no additional charge.
We felt at home at their beautiful place and are grateful for this experience ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Eleni and Neal’s place . We had ample space for our family and having the 3 bathrooms was a huge plus! We liked the separate living space on the upper level as it gave our adult children their own space that was separate from the rest of the house . We have stayed at many Airbnbs and this place exceeded most as far as what they had in their kitchen . This kitchen was fully stocked for all your cooking needs . The proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat . Less than a 5 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The area is very quiet so great to have family walks . Our weather was fabulous the whole time we were there so we spend every day at the beach. We also appreciated that they had beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cart to carry our belongings. Eleni was such a responsive host. She answered all my questions quickly and even called me personally prior to our visit.. We would definitely book it again!

We had a family holiday at Eleni and Neal’s place Aug. 2024. The cottage is beautiful , big and well equipped. The beach is spectacular and just a short walk from the cottage. Eleni was a very helpful and responsive host.

We all had a fantastic stay at Neal and Eleni’s cottage. Location was great, a short drive to major stores and a short walk to the beach. Beach was never crowded and the water clean and the perfect depth for our kids. Cottage was clean, well prepared, very spacious and had every amenity you could wish for- in fact with the amount of indoor entertainment we even looked forward to a rainy day. Hosts were great, communicative and helpful. Absolutely a great choice!
