Guest Access
Guests enjoy private self check-in using a secure keypad lock.
A unique access code is provided before arrival and remains valid for the duration of the stay.
Guests have full access to the main living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, outdoor spaces, patio, BBQ, and fire pit, weather permitting and subject to local bylaws.
One clearly marked bedroom unit is not accessible to guests and will remain locked at all times. This does not impact the comfort or amenities available during the stay.
Other Things to Note
Tiny Township noise bylaws are strictly enforced. Guests are expected to respect the quiet neighborhood.
Some cupboards or areas may be locked or labeled as not for guest use.
After using the fire pit, guests must fully extinguish the fire with the provided hose.
Guests must turn off the gas valve after using the BBQ.
Government-issued ID is required for booking.

Neal and Eleni are great host, they had even plan snacks and surprises for the kids. The place is well located and close to the beach. The kitchen and house in generals is very well equipped and the backyard is fantastic to have a nice family gathering. I would recommend Neal and Eleni place to everyone

Neal & Eleni’s place was a perfect spot for our family especially with the kid friendly playroom and a games room. Amazing proximity to the beach as well!

We had a great time at Neal and Eleni’s place. Their place has all the amenities you could ever need for a family vacation. Beach days were effortless. We had access to beach chairs and umbrellas, sand toys and floaties. The cottage was spacious for our whole family of 15, and not once did we feel crowded. Evening spent by the bonfire and in the games room provided much entertainment for all.
We will definitely be booking here again. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Neal & Eleni’s cottage. It was clean and the kitchen had almost everything we wanted to use during our stay. The water/beach equipments were handy and awesome. The sports and kids room was a hit with kids and adults. We will definitely recommend this cottage for larger groups. Thank you again for hosting us.

We had a great time at Neal and Eleni’s place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located by the beach which was beautiful. Would definitely recommend and visit again!
