Please make sure all lights are turned off, collect all garbage accumulated and leave on the balcony as you won’t have access to dumping. This makes clean up easy for host and easily ready for next guest. Would appreciate it if you leave the home the way you found it.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All guests will be asked to show identification upon arrival.

NO EXTRA GUESTS: All guests staying in your group must be registered with us prior to your arrival. Unregistered guests are not permitted in the home. If we find any unregistered guests in the home, you will be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY with no refund.

NO shoes inside the home.
NO smoking.
NO pets of any kind unless authorized by host & fees are paid.
NO partying will be tolerated, you will be asked to vacate the premises with no refund.
NO candles or fire hazardous activities permitted in or around the premises of the property.

PLEASE…
•Keep noise levels at a respectable level at all times. Quiet hours start from 10PM to 7AM.
•Dispose of all garbage, organics, and recycling in the appropriate bins.
•Turn off all personal electronic devices and water taps before leaving the home.
•Take shoes off at the front/back door, shoes are NOT to be worn in the house
•Turn off ALL lights when not in use. Please ensure lights are turned OFF at check-out.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
Please follow the check-in instructions found in the Airbnb App, you will need the internet to access them. Alternatively, upon request, if you are worried about the inability to connect to the internet upon arrival we can send them in advance.

PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING
Held against security deposit and claim will be filed with Airbnb:

NO SMOKING inside the property.
Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a penalty of up to $2,500.00. Smoking is allowed outside only with the door closed.

PETS are NOT permitted inside the property (see additional fees). Evidence of pets inside the property without prior consent will result in a $500.00 penalty.

NO PARTIES. There is a $250.00 penalty to those that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. Noise monitoring and outdoor cameras are set up in the property to verify house rules are being followed.

NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS
No unregistered guests are allowed inside the property at anytime. Our team prepares the house to host the number of guests listed on your BOOKING and must not exceed this limit. An additional charge of $50 per guest per night and a $500.00 penalty will be added if we find you in violation of this rule.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME
Early-Check-In and Late-Check-Out must be confirmed with us at least 24 hours in advance. Accommodating these changes is not always possible and is only allowed under specific circumstances.
LATE CHECK-OUT FEES
A $50.00 penalty will apply for every half-hour past scheduled check-out if guests fail to check-out on-time.

TOWELS & LINENS
To be used solely for sleeping, drying, clean hands and/or body. NOT for wiping off makeup, dirt, juices, lotions, wine, etc. The host has the right to charge for replacement towels or extra cleaning a minimum service and cleaning fee of $40.

MISSING/DAMAGED/SOILED ITEMS
If items are missing or excessive wear and tear is found on the property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, we have the right to charge for the items and cleaning plus a minimum $200 service fee.
LOST KEYS/FOBS: $100 penalty

Our housekeeping is on a schedule and need their full time to to get the home ready for the nest guests. All unauthorized/unpaid early check-in or late check-outs are subject to a $50 fee for every 15 minutes.

MAINTENANCE AND/OR REPAIRS
Please contact us directly with pictures, we will do our best to coordinate a service tech to assist as soon as possible.

Guests with no reviews must provide $500 refundable deposit via airbnb.
